The name Ocho refers to the average eight years it takes for Blue Weber agave to reach full maturity.

Crafted from 100 percent fully mature agave, Tequila Ocho is produced using traditional methods that preserve natural flavor and authenticity. Each vintage release identifies the exact rancho where the agave was grown, offering subtle variations influenced by soil climate and elevation. The Blanco expression delivers vibrant cooked agave citrus herbal and mineral notes, while the Reposado and Anejo are aged carefully in oak barrels to add layers of vanilla caramel toasted wood and gentle spice without overpowering the agave character.
