Produced at the renowned Cascahuin distillery, Siembra Alteño is crafted from 100 percent estate grown Blue Weber agave cultivated in the red mineral rich soils of the highlands. The agave is slow cooked in brick ovens, naturally fermented, and carefully distilled to preserve its vibrant and expressive profile. The Blanco offers bright notes of cooked agave citrus and pepper, while the Reposado and Anejo expressions develop added layers of vanilla light oak and spice through thoughtful barrel aging.
